Feb. 10 Pearisburg Farm to Fork to host Wine Pairing Dinner at the Inn at Riverbend

There is a great chocolate wine pairing dinner in Pearisburg February 10.  Join us for the Pearisburg Farm to Fork Wine Pairing Dinner and expand your palate for wines from a New River Valley award winning winery. You’ll enjoy three Beliveau Estate Winery wines paired with three specially prepared small plate courses that feature chocolate as one of the elements in each dish. Beliveau owner/winemaker, Yvan Beliveau, will enlighten you on the unique characteristics of the wine  selections, creating a truly extraordinary wine dinner experience.

First course:White Chocolate Brie Cups with Orange Marmalade and Fresh Fruit

Second course: Chocolate Pork Ragout over Chocolate Polenta

Third course: Mexican Dark Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Coulis

Each course will be paired with a Beliveau Estate wine.
