March 17th- Pearisburg Farm to Fork program present a dinner pairing with Right Turn, Clyde Brewery at the Inn at Riverbend
Raise a Glass at the Inn at Riverbend as we Toast Giles County’s Newest Brewery!
One of the owners of Right Turn, Clyde Brewery, Jon Kidd, will be on hand to talk about the brewing of three of his selected brews.
Farm Table Head Chef Kate will present three small plate courses that she hand-selected as the food pairing matches for the beers showcased.

Upon request, a vegan/vegetarian option may be substituted for the regular pairing menu.
- First course: Sautéed mushroom bruschetta, with Parmesan cream sauce
- Second course: Smoky chipotle marinara over linguine with shrimp
- Third course: Maple flourless chocolate cake with a creamy maple drizzle
