Aluminum, steel (tin) and bl-metal food and beverage containers. Empty, rinse and remove paper labels. Use a magnet to identify aluminum. Crush cans.
NO paint or aerosol cans, scrap metal, foil or food residue. No household or automotive metal frames.
Glass Bottles & Jars
Clear, brown and green glass food and beverage containers. Empty and rinse. Remove lids and rings and discard. DO NOT break glass. Separate by color.
NO ceramics, mirrors, crystal, milk glass, dishes, light bulbs, TV tubes, window and auto glass, or cookware.
Plastic bottles with narrow necks and a #1 through #7 in the recycling symbol on the bottom.
NO medicine bottles, motor oil bottles, pesticide containers, chemical containers, or plastic bags.
Grass clippings, leaves and brush. Small brush is accepted. Do not dispose as trash. It’s best practice to compost leaves in your yard and leave grass clippings on the lawn when you mow.
Used Oil & Antifreeze
Collect in a clean, unbreakable container with a tight-fitting lid. Five-gallon limit.
DO NOT MIX with any other liquid. Do not pour down storm drain or on the ground.
Appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators.
DO NOT damage refrigerant tubing; do not release Freon in the air.
