Giles County lands new wedding and event venue

A new wedding and event venue with panoramic mountaintop views is in the works for Giles County.
The
Walker Creek Barn is under construction in a countryside spot a half-mile off Virginia 100, between Pearisburg and Dublin. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Blacksburg and Radford. The land is owned by Britt and Leigh Stoudenmire, who also own
New River Outdoor Co. and
Walker Creek Retreat, a cabin retreat and event venue, and have been in the hospitality industry for 14 years.
