A few other notes [but please read attached link]:

• Parking is available onsite. When arriving at Glen Lyn Park off of Route 460, parking attendants will be available to get you to the next available spot.
• As a participant, you are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time, that can be found on your ticket.
• The Youth Mud Run will also be taking place throughout the day and those participants should also plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to their time.
• If you are under 17 (not yet 18 years old)- you must have a signed Waiver by a legal guardian. No exceptions will be made. If a parent or guardian will not be coming with you to the event, please download, sign and bring with you the waiver that can be found HERE. 
• Spectators are welcome to come and enjoy and support the runners!
