New River Valley Receives Virginia Tourism Corporation Grant for Tourism Marketing   Governor Ralph Northam announced recently that Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski counties received $2,500 from the Virginia Tourism Corporation Marketing Leverage Program grant fund.
